Setting Remainders in Outlook 2016, 2007

How to Set Reminders in Calendar of Outlook?

  1. Firstly, go to the calendar which is available in the navigation pane of outlook.
  2. After that you will have to double-click on the appointments based on your requirement and this will create the appointment.

  2. Now, search for default remainders in the calendar tab.
  3. Next, uncheck the default remainders to remove all the default remainders.

How to change the time of the default Reminders in Outlook?

  • Firstly, go to the file tab in the options.
  • Now, search for the calendar tab which is present on the left side of the window.
  • Next, select a new time from the drop-down list next to default remainders option, if you want to modify and then click on ok and it gets saved.
